Unique Entry Methods
You don't need to be online to use InTIME! One of our biggest advantages over other solutions is that we can capture Time and Attendance data from other sources. You may need this if workers in your industry sectors have limited internet access, or if clients prefer to use their own clocking-in systems.
We can receive timesheets via:-
- Mobile phones, using SMS technology
- Paper-based Fax-to-OCR (using your existing timesheet layout!)
- Bulk-entry, which approves multiple workers at the same time
- Client time and attendance systems (e.g. touchscreen entry terminals)
- Data import from clients' files
Security
All of our solutions are protected and maintained to the highest level of security.
We employ both software and hardware firewalls as well as isolate and shutdown unneccesary services on all of our servers. All available software patches and security updates are tested and deployed as soon as possible.
Our applications are protected using SSL encryption technology (upto 256bit). This means that any information sent to and from our application servers is encrypted. This prevents sensitive data being intercepted by third parties and potential hackers.
Branding
Your InTIME service will look like your brand, not ours!
We uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to give complete choice over the look and feel of your timesheet interface.
This is an optional extra, which if chosen enhances the perception of the system by your customers, keeping them 'inside' your brand environment.
Management Information
All of the information in InTIME's database can be reported in real-time. There is a wide range of standard reports, including
Timesheets by Period, Placements by Period and Total Hours Worked.
More importantly, we feature a fully customisable reporting engine to provide bespoke reports for your individual business in HTML, PDF, XML, XLS or CSV formats.
New reports can be added after the 'go-live' date at relatively little cost.
Training
Once your staff are up and running with InTIME, the productivity gains are immediate. They will see the advantage in showing their temporary workers and client contacts how to get the best from the system.
We deliver training to the parts of your organisation where it will add the most value - equipping front-line consultants with the knowledge they need to explain the system to internal and external customers. Presentations, hands-on coaching, user documentation and remote coaching via the web are all provided during implementation.
Software Support
InTIME has a critical role in our clients' operations and we know what can happen when problems occur in Payroll. Our commitment is to provide a service that is inherently more reliable than your current system, backed up with guaranteed levels of support and maintenance.
Standard support provides access to a trained engineer at any time during office hours. Higher levels of support, for example out of hours via remote system access, is also available for mission critical systems if required.
