October 2006 - Version 2.0 is released

Good development is customer-focused development and InTIME builds each system to be what our clients need for their unique businesses.

This means our solution is constantly evolving and Version 2.0 includes many features that began as special requests from InTIME clients. Here's a quick list to give you an idea of what makes InTIME the industry's preferred choice:-


Pay & Bill

InTIME Version 2.0 offers a seamless timesheet/payroll solution, which handles payments to workers and statutory returns automatically as
timesheets are received from the web service. This streamlines payroll from start to finish and in most companies this eliminates any need for data entry, saving valuable resource in Finance.

OCR Fax timesheets

Having spoken to a number of agencies we have found that a common obstacle to using InTIME is the fact that managers don't want to log in to a
website to approve timesheets. They currently sign paper timesheets handed to them by workers, so the easiest way to get clients to use InTIME is for the workers to print their timesheet, get it signed, then fax it to the server. The server then extracts the timesheet reference number and signature from the fax, finds the correct timesheet in the database, marks it as approved and then inserts the signature image into the timesheet printout.

Self Invoicing for Limited Companies

Invoices can now be prepared in three types:- Single, Consolidated and Self-Billed.

Self-Billed invoices can be set up for temps working as Limited Company Contractors. Self-billing removes the requirement for limited companies to submit invoices in addition to their timesheets. When a Limited Company Provider (e.g. i4, Nova) is working for the temp, agencies have to complete additional weekly reports for them with details of the hours worked by their limited companies.

InTIME now allows them to access self-billed invoices for the temps who are contracted to them, dramatically reducing the effort involved in
administration.


New User Interface

The user interface of InTIME has been redeveloped to make it easier and slicker to navigate. We identified the benefits of implementing an AJAX interface which provide the ability to control InTIME without the need for long painful web browser page refreshes.

The design and layout of the new InTIME interface was professionally designed by a team of design experts with years of experience within the web application sector. The interface is bright, intuitive and clean and makes InTIME even more of a pleasure to use.

Multi currency

Version 2.0 supports multiple currencies, which is great for clients who need interoperability with international branches. Next stop the world?
